How to Add Or Change Background Colors to Slides

Adding a background color to your slides can help you match your brand, highlight key content, or enhance visual contrast. With Sliderberg, each slide can have its background color using standard block tools—no CSS needed.

This guide will show you how to apply and update background colors inside individual slides.


Change Your Image into Background Color #

Step 1: Select Your Slide #

Click on the specific slide where you want to add or change the background.

Step 2: Open the Block Settings Sidebar #

Open the right sidebar after selecting the slide and click on Background Settings.

Step 3: Change Background Type #

Change the Background Type from Image to Color.

Now, it will take you to the first page when the Sliderberg gets inserted into the editor. Select any color you like from the color picker or the default colors inserted in the canvas.

For instance, I’ve selected one from the default colors, and here’s how it looks.

This is the method for changing the slide images to the background color.

Adding Background Color #

Adding background color is very simple. When you decide to add background color to the next slide, all you need to do is click the “Add Slide” button.

Next, it will tell you to add color. Click the Styles button (1), and next Background (2).

Now follow Step 3 of this tutorial. After all the customization, you must save or publish your post or page.
